Introduction

My vision of health simply involves moving toward the unique, healthy balance that we must all find, in our own way and in our own time. Such a philosophy considers not only what we eat and whether or not we exercise, but also how we shop, cook, work, sleep, think, play, feel and move—it considers our whole being.

We can become our own health experts, learning and growing as we heal and change. We determine our health with our every action and intention each and every day. Knowing this, a holistic approach to natural health, nutrition, and yoga includes many small and simple, yet effective, steps that add up to a whole, healthy life.

I have found, both personally and professionally, that whole food nutrition and a regular yoga practice is a powerful combination for health, healing and maintaining vitality, therefore, I’ve made it my business to share my passion.

As an experienced journalist and Registered Holistic Nutritionist with 12 years of direct experience in the Canadian natural health industry, I believe that every person is able to increase health and vitality if they choose to. My passion is to educate, guide and inspire others to take the simple steps and make the decisions that add up to the holistic balance needed for true health.
