As a health journalist I am used to offering well-researched, practical information. As a nutritionist, I focus on the needs of the client, student or audience. As a speaker, teacher, writer, and someone who truly cares about others, I want to share what is most relevant and practical.

My nutrition classes and seminars provide practical advice for purchasing and preparing whole foods, inspired by the many reasons to do so. Information about reading labels, the importance of organic food, how to use healthy fats and oils, why to refuse genetically modified foods and farmed fish, and how to avoid trans fats, baking with natural sweeteners, alternatives to boxed cereals, balanced meal planning, disease prevention through nutrition, and more.

My yoga classes and seminars guide students to deepen their practice and their connection to themselves and life itself. As an integrated life coach I act as a motivating tool for clients, answering to their specific needs to creatively helping them in their transitions.

In all the work I do, it is of the utmost importance to me to conduct business as I live life—with integrity, honesty, respect, and when appropriate, with fun.
